* Choose your sentimental clothing.

* Once purchased, send the clothing to the address provided in the confirmation email.

* You will be updated via email when the clothing has arrived.

* We’ll carefully craft your keepsake using the clothing provided.

* Once finished, the keepsake will be carefully wrapped up and send back to its forever home.

You can choose how you would like the bear to look or leave it to me. It’s entirely your choice.

We advise that you post them in a secure waterproof mailing bag via Royal Mail recorded/tracked service to avoid loss or damage. Please also include your name, order number and return address. Once we have received your parcel we’ll email to notify you of its safe arrival.

Clothing should be washed and in a clean condition. We do try to avoid any stains or marks on your items however this isn’t always possible. Clothing that is too worn may impact on the quality of the finished product.

We know how truly special and irreplaceable your keepsake is, so all finished items are sent home via a fully insured, tracked DPD courier service. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please ensure you use a valid email address when placing your order as this is the email we will use to inform you.

Our lead time for MEMORY KEEPSAKES is 4-5 weeks from receiving your clothing.

Of course you can. If you order more than one keepsake and would like certain clothes used for each keepsake, please separate your clothing into bags with a note stating which bag is for each keepsake. If you don’t mind which clothing is used for each keepsake or would like a mix of clothing used for all keepsakes ordered please leave your clothes together and make a note of this when posting the clothing to us.

You are more than welcome to send extra clothes. Please feel free to add notes to your order stating which clothes are most important for you to be used. If too many items are sent and are unused we will send these whole pieces back with your finished keepsake. We do not send back any cut offs of fabric. If you do not send enough items we will contact you.
